The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.

Location Data

Palette Memo does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-Party Access

Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data from normal app use is shared with third parties.

No Accounts or Authorization

Palette Memo and this public website do not require user registration, login, account creation, passwords, member areas, protected dashboards, or authorization to access product and privacy information.

Creative Notes and Local Use

Palette Memo is a personal creative note and project organization utility. If project titles, idea notes, sketches, concepts, design steps, color references, style references, project updates, completion states, local preferences, or private creative records are saved in the app, they are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Opt-Out Rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by posting an updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.

The Application does not retain personal information from normal use. Any creative notes, ideas, sketches, color references, style references, project steps, or completed project states are intended as user-controlled records on the device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

If you voluntarily contact KASZUBA by email or another external channel, your provided contact information may be retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and satisfy applicable legal or operational obligations.

Data Deletion

Because Palette Memo does not collect or store personal information through normal use, uninstalling the app removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily sent information to KASZUBA outside the app, you may request deletion by contacting support@kaszuba.online.
